Sharing NVC – awareness and practice.

This workshop is aimed for people interested in sharing NVC with others. It might be that you want to share NVC at your workplace, or in your family, you will lead a practice group, start as a trainer, want more practice as a trainer candidate, etc.

We want to make space for you to try out some aspects of sharing NVC in a safe and creative environment.

Sharing NVC is inviting us to live and learn together in a way that everybody’s needs matter. To balance content, the needs in the group, and to care for the many ways life shows up. There might be triggers and emotional turbulence, challenging questions or behaviors, and resistance as well as eagerness.
