I feel very grateful to Elaine Fullerton to let me share her report here. She has done research on NVC with children 3-5 years that I find interesting and hopefully can contribute to inspiration and learning to others. The headline for her Teacher Research Programme is: The development of “Nonviolent Communication” in an Early Years Setting to support conflict resolution and develop an emotional intelligence related to both self and others.
